Tradition meets safety: Highest hygiene & safety standards in traditional marzipan production
Marzipan has a long tradition. Not only has the special taste of the finished product remained virtually unchanged for centuries, but the production process has also been tried and tested. The innovative DWG three-roll mill, which is used to finely grind the raw marzipan paste, allows traditional production to be combined with today's food and occupational safety requirements.
