Formulation trends show a drift towards sterile solid dosage forms, especially to avoid cold chain challenges. Dosing of solids in different kinds of presentations is a complex topics and depends on various factors. we want to show a case study for the dosing possibilities for sterile pellets and what capabilities can be reached. Finally, this principle needs to be transferred into aseptic manufacturing conditions.
