Vibratory conveyors and tubes are devices which convey the material by using directed vibrations. The exact design and composition of the vibratory conveyor troughs and tubes are tailored for the respective application and designed according to customer specifications. Depending on the application and throughput, we offer unbalanced vibratory conveyors, magnetic vibratory conveyors, resonance conveyors and dosing chutes.
Unbalanced vibratory conveyors are used for conveyor sections and hopper discharge in case of medium to high throughputs.
Magnetic vibratory conveyors are designed for dosing and conveying at medium to high throughput rates.
Dosing feeders are used for conveying and dosing tasks in case of low to medium throughputs.
Our SPALECK resonance conveyors are used for energy-saving conveying over long distances of up to 25,000 mm. These are dual-mass vibration systems that use a small transmitted vibration to achieve a large oscillation of the conveyor trough (the resonator). Low-maintenance continuous operation and thus low operating costs are achieved while at the same time transporting the conveyed goods in a way that is gentle on the product.
