HOOSUN IMS (Intelligent Mixing System)

Intelligence Mixing System (IMS) is an inline dispersion system for powder and liquid. It creates high-speed flow by pumping liquid, forms a strong vacuum in the dispersion area, which directly sucks powder from powder tank, silo, small bag or ton bag without loss, making the powder fully dispersed and mixed with liquid. The special rotor & stator design enables high-speed slurry shear, thus finally achieving narrow distribution of materials particle size.

This series of equipment can be widely applied in dispersing and mixing products of different kinds, different viscosity and different densities. The powder content in the processed slurry can reach up to 70%-80%. Cleaning after different batches are switched is easier due to the small chamber, and the amount of cleaning liquid is reduced by 90%.
