Even difficult cleaning tasks with special requirement profiles, such as in the food and beverage industry, can be easily solved with Lechler nozzles. From the easiest to most difficult soils - Lechler offers the perfect solution for every type of contamination. Our tank cleaning nozzles are divided into five cleaning efficiency classes. Our static spray balls in cleaning efficiency class 1 are only used for rinsing. The free-spinning rotating nozzles in cleaning efficiency class 3 are suitable for cleaning medium levels of contamination from tanks and equipment. Difficult Soil, on the other hand, requires special measures. For this reason, Lechler tank cleaning machines of efficiency class 5 are equipped with high-quality gears and operate with targeted controlled rotation. Using our own Lechler TankClean simulation software, we can visualize your cleaning process and give recommendations for nozzle selection as well nozzle-positioning.
