Loss in Weight - Gain in Weight

There are two basic typers of Feeder operation: Volumetric and Gravimetric.

HETHON dosing machines can be placed a weighing plateau with one or more built-in loadcells as you require. In combination with the software you can, as such, create a high-quality dosing system with many adjustment options. You can, for instance, apply pre-set formulas, adjustable dosing speeds, or a coarse and fine dosing for even more accuracy.

By placing your packaging on a weighing plateau, your HETHON dosing machine can dose your product directly into the packaging you desire. Instead of the HETHON Feeder, your packaging and product will be on the weighing scale.

The weighing system automatically ensures the accurate dosing from the HETHON Feeder into your packaging.

Trouble-free working with various formulas, weights and packaging, as such, becomes.

Customisation and advice

As you may expect from us, we can also design a customised weighing system for your process and product properties, in accordance with the measurement standards you provide. Consider for example the combination of Belt weighing using a Hethon Loss In Weight system. The HETHON weighing system is intelligent and self-learning, due to which accurate and consistent dosing is assured, also under changing conditions. HETHON in a nutshell

HETHON was founded in 1973 and was specialized in pumps and total solutions for the graphic industry. In 1988 Hethon developed a first dosing device for dry products: the HETHON Feeder.

Think of the accurate dosing of plain flour, bakery flour, salt, sugar, but also pigments, spices, milk powders, lactose or plastic granules, wood flour, scrap, toner: in other words, too many to mention.

Dosing machines already existed for all of these products, but Hethon specialised in substances that are difficult to dose and can bridge or degradade. mainly intended for the processing of difficult to dose powders that can 'bridge' or segregate. In 2000 the production was partly accommodated in Slovakia.

Production

Brenda Kesteloo, the founder's daughter, took over the company in 2008 in Hengelo. In 2013, the company moved to a much larger building in Doetinchem this time.

In 2017 Brenda Kesteloo, the founders doughter, took over the company in Slowakia. Production and stock moved again and became centered mainly in the Netherlands, she found it desirable that HETHON’s own products were produced in-house.

Developing

Eventually, a number of new machines were developed for filling the HETHON Feeders, including: Big-Bag emptying, sack emptying or Bag-dump stations, screw conveyors, and vacuum conveyors: the VacuFeed. Even today, custom made powder handling components are still being developed and produced. We are still working on more perfect dosing components and related items as weging scales, control boxes, level sensors etc.

Representatives

Beside own their own brand "HETHON" (dry material handling equipment), HETHON also represents several pump, rotating joint and valve companies. All high quality products like our own products.
