"Color Probe" is designed as an immersion probe, suitable for applications on liquid, paste, powder and pellet type of media. The housing is made of stainless steel (D = 3/4" = 19.05mm) and can be very easily integrated into pipelines, stirred vessels etc. and also used in laboratory applications. The probe tip is also equipped with a self-cleaning sapphire window like the other probes from COLVISTEC.

In combination with the spectrophotometer "InSpectro X" the spectrum of paints, varnishes, printing inks, chemicals, paper, cosmetics, beverages, food etc. is measured.

With the integration of inline spectrophotometers into production lines, the final processed product is measured directly in the process. This allows the entire production process to be monitored seamlessly in real time, based on the measurement data of the manufactured product. The production process is not disturbed, no samples are taken. This allows to achieve increases in productivity and quality. It becomes an integral part of digitalized manufacturing.

Our technology can be integrated into a wide range of processes. For this purpose, we combine our spectrometers with different probes for liquid, pasty, powdery or molten media in the process for temperatures up to 400 °C (752 °F) and process pressures up to 250 bar (3625 psi). With the standardized solutions it can be integrated very easily and quickly into existing production lines. Flexible hardware configurations and data output in various formats are possible.

Comprehensive and competent customer support as well as training options ensure a smooth transition from cumbersome, time- and labor-intensive offline measurement to fully automated inline process monitoring.

From our headquarters in Berlin, Germany, we support our products worldwide and work closely with our customers.
