Fiber-Lite™'s triple-layer, dual-density structure is simple yet surprisingly effective. The basic structure of the braid consists of a ladder-like arrangement of fibers forming a double V-system that intersect at right angles. The engineered braid has a large surface area and a green void space.

Incorporating micro-fibers into the mesh layers increases the effectiveness of removing solid and liquid particles when used continuously at 135°C up to 149°C. Although Fiber-Lite™ mesh does not contain nano-fibers, it meets the tests of PM 2.5.Fiber-Lite™ products are so effective that they make both conventional and nano-fiber filter products look old.
