Frewitt has reinvented the use of drum inverters. Introducing SMART INVERTER, the only inverter integrated into any milling system without additional equipment required.

SMART INVERTER offers users a unique, two-in-one solution of handling and milling on the same machine, therefore reducing the footprint and investment by half. This new generation of drum inverter enables safe, ergonomic connection/disconnection of drums by a single operator.

Compact in volume, this electrically powered solution has a lift raising the drum, and rotating it into feed position, and proceeding directly to milling and discharging. (PATENT PROTECTED)

USER BENEFITS

While competitors require two separate equipment, the SMART INVERTER performs both functions. The milling head connects directly to the drums, rotating them into position.

Every Frewitt milling process on the Flexmill can be equipped with the Smart Inverter.

A powerful torque rotates the head and up to 100-liter drums with ease. The vertical lift with a 300mm stroke also allows a wide range of drum sizes to be docked . Additionally, the option of Frelift (Frewitt's mobile lifting column) enables users to discharge drums into larger IBC, bag or drum as per user needs.

Competitors currently require minimum two footprints, Frewitt needs only a sole in-line platform, having the following advantages:
