The core competence of Prodima lies in the mixing and homogenizing of dry products. However, Prodima also supplies peripheral systems and equipment such as conveying and dosing systems, filling and discharging systems for bags, big bags and many more.

Our big bag stations are user-friendly, modular systems. They are simple in construction and in operation. Thanks to the carrier with lifting spindle, the big bags can be attached and removed conveniently and easily directly from the floor or a pallet.

The Big-Big's are transported from or to the Big-Bag station with a fork lift truck, or more simply, with any pallet truck.

Prodima Big Bag stations are mobile and autonomous. This means that the same station can be used at several locations if required.

Compared to conventional systems such as crane systems on the ceiling, Prodima big bag emptying stations have the following advantages:

• Higher level of security in the event of a tear in the loop (no shifting of weight)
• Free choice of installation site
• No preparatory work on buildings
• Clean and hygienic big bag emptying

All systems can be supplied with a wide range of additional equipment, such as:

• Dosing-discharging system
• Filling head to use the station for emptying and filling big bags.
• Metal separator in combination with a big bag filling station
• Control rotary screen in combination with a big bag filling station
