The mixing tools, namely the special shape of the mixing hopper, the mixing screw and the possibility to adjust the angle of inclination of the mixing hopper, stand for the highest mixing quality in the shortest time.
The Prodima mixer can mix a wide variety of products quickly and homogeneously.
All mixers can be equipped with different options such as high frequency shear heads, fluidisation nozzles, liquid injection system.
The high-frequency shaving heads are among the most important additional equipment. They are equipped with single or double row knife blades, blunt or sharpened. They rotate at a speed of approx. 3’000 /min. and allow, among other things, to refine lumps. They also ensure that fats or other liquids are quickly distributed in the powder mix and can further reduce mixing times. The knife blades can be removed so that sensitive products can also be mixed without any problems.
Prodima mixers are built in 3 series, all of which are characterised by the high mixing accuracy, the short mixing times and the high usable volume. The difference lies in the design, the flexibility in mixing the most diverse products, the operation and the hygiene.
