Free mixer demonstrations

The mixing of products is part of the daily production process in many manufacturing companies and often goes hand in hand with the filling process. Finding an optimal system for all tasks is often difficult.

In order to give interested companies the opportunity to carry out tests with their products on site under real conditions, we offer free trials as part of demonstration trips. The tests are accompanied by one of our specialists to ensure technically optimal support.

Mixer models MP-50 (35 litres) and MP-150 (130 litres) are normally available for testing. For special requests, the model MP-500 (440 litres) can also be used. All mixers are equipped with numerous options in order to be able to test as many different products as possible.

Such on-site trials are of particular interest when it comes to increasing production, developing new products, replacing an existing mixing system or simply to get an overview of the almost unlimited possibilities in mixing and homogenizing dry-form products with the PRODIMA mixing system.

Mixing tests can be carried out with powders, granules, grains, flakes and leaves. Liquids (flavourings, oils, etc.) can also be sprayed on.

A demonstration always includes cleaning the machine at the end. This gives the customer the opportunity to clean the machine himself and find out which cleaning method is best suited to his production.
