High Performance Vibratory Feeders

In conjunction with our resonance frequency drives, such as conveyor capacities of 10 kg / h to 10 t / h, properties:

• The conveyed speed is kept constant
• The delivery rate is independent of load changes
• The drive frequency synchronizes in seconds with the resonance frequency
• Vibration amplitude control with very large working range (up to 1000: 1)
• The oscillation amplitude is absolutely linear to the nominal value (0.04 … 4 mm)
• Low power consumption at high output (<1 A at 10 t / h)
• The drive is maintenance-free and quiet
• A mechanical adjustment of the resonance frequency is eliminated
• Small and large vibration amplitudes are safely mastered
• The vibration amplitude and the delivery rate are linear to the setpoint
• The drive operates independently of fluctuations in the mains voltage, the ambient temperature and other disturbances

Our high performance conveyors are available in different versions depending on requirements:

The length can vary between 50cm and> 5m. The adaptation takes place depending on their task.
