Fuel Filtration Built Specifically for Your Needs

No two diesel engine designs are exactly alike. Because every engine is built for a specific purpose, each has its own requirements, applications and, yes, quirks. So it stands to reason that a one-size-fits-all diesel filtration system is probably not the most efficient solution for effective protection.

That’s why Donaldson offers a broad range of modular and scalable filtration alternatives – often with interchangeable components – that can be molded to your specific requirements. With often interchangeable components that can meet a wide variety of fuel filtration requirements, we can build a system to meet your requirements. For OEM needs, our modular capabilities include a range of head/filter diameters from 76 mm to 118 mm. We also offer scalability of filter length for all diameters for a range of fuel-flow rates and filter-life requirements.

From 70-liter engines with multiple filters in a primary and secondary sequence, all the way down to 2-liter engines, there’s no application that we can’t protect, as well as enhance, with the ideal fuel filtration setup. If full system customization is required, our application engineers can work directly with OEM engineers to build an exact solution, although with so many modular options, it is likely we have a solution that’s readily available.
