OMEGA Series Sinter-Plate Filter

The sintering plate substrate is made of special polymer composite materials, which are mixed by screening compatibility.
Made from an advanced sintering process, the molded substation has irregular and fully-connected micron micro-holes.
These micro-holes allow only clean gas to pass through, and microparticle dust is intercepted on its surface for dust filtration.
In addition, the surface of the sintering plate becomes denser, smoother, and more accurate filtration through advanced sintering processes.
At the same time, effectively prevent the work of dust sticky, and the use of gas pulse technology for automatic ash removal
The pressure loss remains stable.
