LB systems perform the compacting process by means of FYSTER, a machine that forms tablets or briquettes by virtue of two rotating rings with cavities exerting mechanical force on the material. The possibility to control and adjust both the pressure exerted by the rings and their speed of rotation allows for formation of a finished product with different densities. FYSTER compacting unit is also utilized for the production of granules. The tablets or briquettes can be crushed and sieved in order to obtain granules of various dimensions. FYSTER is a particularly sturdy machine and is therefore ideal for use in heavy-duty and troublesome environments. The machine is produced according to the material and output requirements.
