As it is the case in many industries, batch sizes are getting increasingly smaller in the processing industry. That’s why we developed the new, fast compact screening machine. It is perfect for fine particle screening, for the preparation of individual batches and for use in laboratories as it effectively prepares fine and difficult products.

• Optimized screening performance for fine sifting with screens made of sintered stainless steel mesh or stainless steel screen cloth from 20 – 1,000 μm
• Elimination of the boundary layer resistances between powder and screen basket fabric
• Self-cleaning effect (ultrasound and medium frequency)
• Adjustment to the rheology of the screened product by suitable low-frequency screen basket stimulation and the use of digital ultrasound generators
• Very low space requirement, uncomplicated integration into existing systems
• Optional basic or automatic full control, possibility of integration into existing control systems
