For our customers from various industries, we offer a hughe range of services, which includes a wide range of semi-finished products from well-known brand manufacturers with an individual cutting service as well as the production of finished parts made of plastic in our own workshops and solutions made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) for plant, water, rail and bridge construction – from design to production to assembly – a core competence of ARTHUR KRÜGER.

Semi-finished plastic products:

A wide range of semi-finished plastic products from renowned brand manufacturers is kept in stock on more than 5,000 square metres of warehouse space. Whether sheets, tubes, flat or round rods - the plastics trade includes high-performance plastics I engineering plastics I plastics for linings I plastics for foodgrade applications I plastics for advertising & visual communication.

Precast plastics parts:

The most economical production option to meet the multitude of requirements is machining. As a supplier of precast plastic parts for machine and plant manufacturers, whether in the packaging and food industries, aviation, medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry, ARTHUR KRÜGER also offers the possibilities of 2D production in addition to 3D 5-axis milling. Here, panels up to large format are milled, drilled and, on request, edged in the modern machinery.

GRP products & constructions:

The material GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) is a composite material consisting of a matrix (resin) and a reinforcement (glass). This results in high strength, extremely high dimensional stability and low weight. This offers numerous constructional and physical advantages wherever conventional building materials such as wood and steel reach their limits. The advantage of chemical & corrosion resistance scores points on the topic of economic efficiency of the systems, as the constructions are maintenance-free.
The materials used have EBA approval, general building authority approval from the DIBt and are certified by Deutsche Bahn with the manufacturer product qualification DBS 918 010. In this way, we ensure that all building-specific requirements can be met and that the constructions can also be used in the public sector. We plan, design, manufacture and assemble, for example, footbridges for hydraulic engineering, stair towers or platforms for plants, boarding aids or track crossings in railway construction, embankment stairs or a new cycle path or pedestrian bridge in public parks.
