For diverse applications and product types, CK Chemie GmbH offers a wide range of mixing systems and manufacturing processes. Depending on the product properties and batch sizes, we use the mixing technology best suited to achieving the required results. All machine components that come into contact with the products are made of stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean. We use modern mixers to mix powder products just as efficiently as sensitive granulates, which must retain their structure during the mixing process. With over 35 years of experience and modern machinery we offer tailor-made solutions for virtually any application. In a horizontal mixer, for example, liquid can be added to the material to be mixed via permanently installed nozzles, if the coating of individual particles is required. Products are always reproducible.
