Capacity Range: From 550 m³/h to 66.000 m³/h flow rate

Being included in the category of industrial dust collectors, the cyclones are used directly or before the jet filter to collect solid particles. Cyclones operate on the dust separation principle, after a cyclonic movement at the inlet. Air lock and weighted cover can be counted as equipment of the unit. The cyclone collects coarse-grained materials based on their structure, as fine materials in dusty air can be removed outside. If this value is within acceptable limits, the cyclone itself can be used as a dust collector.

Cyclones can be produced in different designs according to the characteristics and efficiency of the dusts. Cyclones can be produced as horizontal or vertical cyclones. Under current conditions, vertical cyclones are the most preferred models. The criterion that determines the cyclone size is the air flow rate sucked in. Cyclones that are not selected or produced in appropriate sizes become a problem rather than a solution. Therefore, they must be used in processes after the correct operation is ensured.
