We deliver tip sack hopper in 2 vdifferent designs:
in case of good flowing products, we use conical hoppers, on which we can easily fit a spiral conveyor. In case of bridging or poor flowing products, we will use cylindrical hopper, combined with our discharge and metering device DZR.

For each kind of those storage hoppers-if cylindrical or conical- TransiTec delivers on demand also sack emptying units, consisting of an assembly with lid and a sack support board.

This assembly consists either with a connection to the main dust collector or is provided with a own Filter:

the standard filter has a filtermaterial made of polyester with a surface area of 9,8 m2
the motor ha a capacity of 1500 m3/h
he will be cleaned automatically thanks to compressed air as soon as the lid of the sack emptying unit will be closed.

On request, we are able to deliver this kind of filter confirming to ATEX for a service in explosion-proof area.

TransiTec was founded in 1993 by Fernand Ertz and Waldemar Hippel the spiral conveyor being the main product which was ostensibly used in the plast processing and food stuff industries.
