The frames are provided with forks to allow handling with fork-lift truck or pallet carrier and is provided with height-adjustable hooks

Many options are available:

Filling nozzle with rapid bag clamp. Easy handling: with only one hand, both of the 2 semi-circular brackets are actuated in parallel), alternatively:
Filling nozzle with inflating sleeve: the filling nozzle of the big bag will be put over the inflating sleeve.

The inflating sleeve will be blown up and seals up.

Vibrating big bag supporting platform

Supporting platform mounted on vibration absorbers. The product will be compacted within the bag thanks to the installed vibrating unit.

Height adjustable big bag hook in frame

Tightening of the big bag thanks to linear gear with electric motor, pneumatic cylinder or hand crank.

Filling nozzle with distribution device to spread the product within the bag.
Big-Bag hung-in frame mounted on load cells for weighing the free hanging big bags. Possibility to calibrate and print labels.
