The discharge and metering unit DZR is constituted of a bag emptying hopper with discharge aid for poor flowing and bridging solids.
The cylindrical hopper design secures a constant product flow. A discharge arm, rotating just above the flat hopper bottom, ensures a constant filling degree of the feeding spiral underneath the bottom. As soon as the lid is opened, the ventilator starts to aspirate all the generated dust while emptying a bag. After closing the lid, the filter will be cleaned automatically.
This unit is available in beat blasted stainless steel or in epoxy coated carbon steel. The metering capacity goes from 3 litres up to 15.000 litres per hour, depending of the size of the metering tube and of the used spiral. This unit may be fitted underneath a bag emptying station, a hopper, big bag emptying station, or even a container emptying station.
