The new SLS 200 for fast, precise and reproducible particle size analysis of all dry sieved materials in the laboratory and in production monitoring.

The SLS 200 air jet sieve has been developed to meet the requirements of the modern laboratory for fast, precise and reproducible particle size analysis of all dry sieving materials. The analysis range extends from approx. 20 to 4000 µm, the sample quantity is approx. 500 g, depending on the material density.

The simple and intuitive operation of the air jet sieve is carried out via an app The fine material is drawn through the sieve openings into the container of the vacuum cleaner and collected. The vacuum required for this can be preset via the app, as can the sieving duration and can be saved via SOP‘s.

With the stainless steel housing and the stainless steel intake of the sieve, the device can withstand even the roughest applications.
