In addition to proven spray drying processes, we promote new technologies such as PCD (Pulse Combustion Drying). With the PCD technology, the product dries by pulsating combustion heat with the highest efficiency and quality. PCD offers significant cost-, performance- and quality advantages, as well as an expansion of the product range in the drying sector.

Lübbers plants are being delivered as either turnkey concepts or as modules with all components. Our customers can decide whether to conduct installation by themselves, or whether to have a fully operational plant handed over to them by a Lübbers expert.

Our installations are manufactured in accordance with the strictest requirements of the regulatory bodies worldwide with regard to quality, safety and environment protection.
