Oyster™ Reactor sampling system

The Oyster Reactor Sampling unit enables the operator to monitor the reaction process with an integrated sight glass and to take a sample from reactors or vessels containing poisoned, biological, corrosive, environmental unfriendly or high viscosity liquids.

The Oyster™ RSS unit Is able to take a representative sample, transferred without pressure, from a reactor under process conditions without stopping the process or opening the reactor.

The Oyster™ RSS can be integrated with vacuum, nitrogen and rinsing supply lines, the top flange is equipped with
a pH metering connection.

FEATURES

CE CertificationATEX : The OysterTM RSS is outside the scope of the Atex Directive 2014/34/EU (article 1, paragraph 3).
In any case the OysterTM RSS can be used in hazardous areas at risk of explosion classified as zone 0/1/2.
