Tight Closing Shut-Off Flap for Powders, Granules, Gases and Liquids

The Shut-Off Flap DVK is used as an inlet or outlet valve of containers and as a shut-off valve in down pipes or in aspiration pipe lines. The sealing collar with lateral overlap and additional sealing strip ensures a perfect seal between the shut-off valve and the flange without an additional flange seal.

The Shut-Off Flap DVK is optionally available with:

Manual hand lever
Pneumatic rotary drive. The rotary drive is delivered with solenoid valve and inductive proximity switch for position feedback, wired to a 7-pin socket.
Pneumatic rotary drive with analogue position feedback. This allows the flap to be moved to any selected position with suitable software.

The rotary drive is delivered with a solenoid valve and an inductive proximity switch for position feedback, as well as connector plug. The control voltage is 24V / DC, the required control pressure is 6 to 10 bar and the protection class is IP67

The Shut-Off Flap DVK is available for installation between flanges according to DIN PN6 or alternatively according to DIN PN10.
