Our long-standing family company can look back on over 80 years’ specialist experience in engineering “Made in Germany”.

Our success is based on continuously adapting ourselves to our clients’ current needs since we built our first WAGNER bag filling machine.

In economically difficult times like these many of our clients are forced to calculate far more cost-consciously than in the past when making investment decisions.

We want to provide commodity offers that are as extensive as possible and fulfil individual client’s wishes optimally. For us the most important criteria are high quality, consistent condition of goods and innovation.

We want to stick to our concept and not create a “cheap product” at the expense of quality.

To face this challenge our engineers have efficiently developed three different product lines to flexibly fulfil our clients’ demands.

In principle all WAGNER bag filling machines are robustly constructed as well as carefully processed. They are also very adaptable to different product and flow characteristics.

Our three product lines:

Basic

Our inexpensive product line “Basic” is the result of concentrating on the essentials and consistent standardisation. This cuts costs significantly without limiting the machines’ functionality and quality.

These machines are the least expensive alternative in our programme and up to 45% cheaper than comparable machines in the INDIVIDUAL series.

Each basic package includes extensive basic equipment as standard. These standard machines can usually be delivered on short notice.

Standard – Plus

Our Standard Plus machines are based on the standard model of the “Basic product line”.

While they are strictly standardised and do not allow any variations, the “Standard – Plus” product line includes additional equipment available from a limited number of practicable extras.

As a result, we can find solutions that are less expensive than before for most jobs.

Individual

The “Individual” product series is the premium class of all bag filling machines. Nothing is left to change and all wishes are met. Each client receives exactly the tailor-made machine type that they desire.

Depending on the model there are up to 200 equipment variants. We will gladly test wishes that to date have not been tested yet.

Our highly qualified team of specialists looks forward to every new challenge, as the recognized high standard of our machines today is the result of product development in the past.

We can now offer everything from the inexpensive standard machine to the individually tailor-made premium product as well as all levels in-between.

Service

Of course our service is available long after you purchase a WAGNER machine.

Our customer service department is available 24/7. This is especially important to our clients who work several shifts and at the weekend, and for all international clients.

If you have questions or technical problems our technicians and engineers will be at your service with their expertise as fast as possible - both on the phone and on site.

We place great emphasis on being able to offer you replacement parts as quickly as possible, even in part for machines that are several decades old. We have a highly extensive spare parts store.

If you wish we can carry out filling tests with your products at our technical centre or you can try out a rental machine at your company.
