miniPond 3F: Approved Dosing & Filling Controller

miniPond 3F is an approved weighing controller with firmware specifically designed for dosing, filling and bagging processes of medium to high speeds. It controls and monitors the entire dosing process, ensuring out-standing accuracy and repeatability even with difficult materials.

The controller’s practical automatic functions for zeroing or taring, for free-fall compensation and for checkweighing with tolerance evaluation are supplemented by selectable dosing settings for filling and dispensing processes.

Digital filters for optimum processing of the weighing signals and proven, powerful evaluation algorithms ensure maximum measuring accuracy, even under difficult conditions. Sophisticated control algorithms then continually optimize and adjust the weighing process. As a result, miniPond 3F is able to flexibly adapt to changes in the product properties, such as material density or flow behavior, during the filling process.

At the same time, frequently occurring disturbing influences, e.g. due to vibrations at the scales and in its vicinity or in the case of process fluctuations and switching operations, are reliably suppressed. During operation, the miniPond 3F weighing controller automatically monitors a number of process parameters which help to optimize the system.

The versatile miniPond 3F controller can be used stand-alone or networked and can be customized to different types of machines and filling goods through parameter settings. Clear, application-oriented menus and dialogs allow intuitive operation. The integrated web server and effective diagnostic tools facilitate commissioning, parameterization, remote access and remote maintenance via a network. Easy link-up to a PLC or control system with full access to functions, parameters and data via fieldbus.
