Bigbag filling system

Bigbag filling equipment can be ordered for filling bigbags with one, two or four straps, and it can be supplied with or without a weighing system. The bigbag systems can handle all types of products ranging from fine powders to granulate material and, depending on the product and weighing system, the machine's capacity ranges from 15 to 60 bigbags per hour.

The bigbag systems can be supplemented with a pallet magazine used for feeding empty pallets, as well as with a buffer conveyor system for filled big bags.

PanPac Engineering is an innovative company, located in Pandrup, Northern Jutland. We have many years of experience within automation, and our core competencies are robot palletizing and fully automatic bigbag filling systems.

The company was founded in 2003 by Morten Nysted and Torben Mogensen who have been working in the automation business most of their work life, and have gained a lot of expertise within automation to the benefit of our customers.

Our internal conveyor solutions provides customers with a turn-key system in which we take full responsibility for the entire line, from the raw material that is packaged in bags, to the finished film-wrapped pallet that is ready for further transport by fork lift. In this way, the customer's productivity – and thereby competitiveness – is significantly increased, while manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and gruelling, repetitive working processes are eliminated.
