Filling machines for valve bags

PanPac has years of valuable experience in providing bag filling machines for use with various products. That is why we only provide high-quality and stable filling machines for valve bags, which are used primarily for powders, granulates, etc.

The valve bag machine's feeding system is designed based on the product's characteristics. The valve bag machine is available with an automatic bag attachment device, a buffer conveyor for stacking empty valve bags, as well as with equipment for sealing the bag spout.

The machine's capacity ranges from approx. 150 to 200 bags per hour. At higher capacities, the system is extended to include additional filling stations.

The company was founded in 2003 by Morten Nysted and Torben Mogensen who have been working in the automation business most of their work life, and have gained a lot of expertise within automation to the benefit of our customers.

Our internal conveyor solutions provides customers with a turn-key system in which we take full responsibility for the entire line, from the raw material that is packaged in bags, to the finished film-wrapped pallet that is ready for further transport by fork lift. In this way, the customer's productivity – and thereby competitiveness – is significantly increased, while manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and gruelling, repetitive working processes are eliminated.
