The “MDG” volumetric microdosing element is especially suitable for the measuring of small amounts of the product both in powdered and granule form and where a high precision level is required. It basically consists of a stainless steel body section (completely electro-polished) and a screw feeder (also made of stainless steel) which is operated by a gearmotor at either variable or fixed speed coupled with the measuring screw by means of elastic joint elements.
Other options are available on request such as the separated motorization of the blending device, a vertical discharging chute with port hole and loading hoppers available in various sizes.

The “UPG” interception valve is designed for the interception of products in either a powdered, granular or liquid form. Thanks to its functional simplicity it is suitable for use in a wide range of different fields, ranging from the industrial to chemical fields and that of plastics and food products. The valve is available in two versions, on with cast iron body and stainless steel blade and another version completely made of stainless steel, with metallic seal, or viton sealing element for high temperature applications. To further guarantee its air-tight quality, the blade sliding zone features a packing gland system with PFTE weave seal. The control element is of manual or electro-pneumatic type, and the flanging complies with UNI PN10 standards (DIN 2576).

The drop through rotary valve type “VPR” is born like a synthesis of the “VPS” valves /having the same body) and the “RS”. It is particularly suitable for the feeding and pneumatic
conveying of products in grain and powder and it can be used in all industrial sectors involving pneumatic conveying lines with average / low pressure.
For the particular construction and the minimum tolerances, it ensures excellent airlock and good flowing of the product. The characteristic circular flange allows an easy interlock with feeding bins. Manufactured in cast iron, nickel / chromium plated cast iron or stainless steel AISI316, it is supplied with bare shaft or motorization consisting in variable speed gearmotor or gearmotor and complete drive with chain guard according to CE rules.

The drop through rotary valve type “VPS” has been studied and manufactured for the feeding and unloading of any kind of product in grains or powder. It is used in pneumatic conveying lines, mounted under a cyclone or at the filter exhaust.
Manufactured in cast iron, nickel / chromium plated cast iron or stainless steel AISI316, thanks to its low tolerances and several type of rotors, it can fit any type of product or special requirement of the customer. The valve is available with bare shaft or with motorization consisting of gearmotor or variable speed gearmotor and complete drive with chain guard according to CE rules.

These valves allow the conveying of products with high temperature up to 220°C (special executions for temperatures above available on request). These valves equipped with steel supports and the bearings are placed completely outside. These valves are fitted with packing glands.
