The silo can be manufactured with weathered legs, with a steel structure as required, either from pipes or from rolled profiles with a protective coating or hot-dip galvanized.

The steel structure can be delivered separately, it can be screwed, it can also contain a service platform with a railing; it is especially suitable for the placement of several silos in a row or expedition silos.

The cylindrical part of the full-shell silos goes all the way down to the lower anchor flange. They form a chamber with a door in the lower part under the cone, in which a part of the technology can be placed and is protected against the weather, e.g. rotary feeder, screener, blower, etc.

Two or three-way splitters, suitable for underpressure and overpressure transport. The basis of the splitter is a frame in which the pneumatic cylinder at the outlet moves the hose in the sliding plate and thus changes the flow of material to the second branch. The position is indicated by the end sensor. It is suitable for all powder and granular materials.

Screws (worms) or Archimedes screws are one of the oldest known methods of transporting materials of various types. They work in a horizontal, inclined and occasionally in a vertical direction. They have a simple structure and reliable operation. We produce them mainly in two versions: tubular and channel ones with different outputs and models.

A conveyor longer than six meters must have a central bearing. The screw has a support tube in the middle, and the screw itself can have different rises and models depending on the material and application used. The conveyor can also be double-walled with heating or cooling, or multi-shaft. Together with the frequency converter, it can be included in a line as a dosing device.

As accessories, various inlet hoppers, speed and overflow sensors are often required, or in case of the explosion-proof version, temperature sensors, cleaning openings or hinged covers, stands and frequency converters are often required too.

Their advantage is that they can be integrated into both overpressured and underpressured transport. The sieve is in the shape of a drum that rotates and the speed of rotation can be controlled by a frequency converter. The sieve can be easily removed, cleaned, checked and replaced. The material gradually passes through the inlet neck and through the rotating sieve, while it is thrown through the sieve by centrifugal force, thus can break even small lumps. This movement is further supported by the rotating blades inside the sieve, which at the same time helps to clean it.

Particles that do not pass through the sieve (oversized product) are captured automatically in a small container. A magnetic separator can also be placed under the sieve, which, in case of a tear in the sieve, will catch metal particles, because even if the sieve is made of stainless steel, it is made of a special ferromagnetic stainless steel. With the right combination of rotor speed and sieve size and length, practically any screening result can be achieved.
