The Easidew sensor is a moisture meter that measures both dew point and moisture content. It is simple to install as it is available with a wide range of process connections and electrical connectors. All Easidew dew-point transmitters are available with a service exchange program which reduces the cost and time spent on maintenance.

The OxyExtract In-line O2 Measurement Analyzer can measure O2 concentration directly in the process gas stream without the need for complex extractive sampling systems. It is perfectly suited to Safety Critical applications within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries as the sensor can be removed or replaced without exposing the process to ambient air.

The XTP601 Oxygen Analyzer for safe or hazardous areas is a robust, linear and stable device that is used for measurements in gases such as biogas, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen or carbon dioxide. The analyzer is SIL2 Capable.

The Probe for Hydrogen Peroxide Environments(H₂O₂).

Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization

Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) is used to sterilize cleanrooms, incubators and other equipment. In this process the air is saturated by gassing or spraying, resulting in the formation of a microfilm on all surfaces. The hydrogen peroxide kills off all microorganisms. The H₂O₂ is then either recovered mechanically or allowed to decompose naturally over a period of 48 hours to harmless H₂O or O₂. The humidity level during the application is crucial for the effectiveness of the process.

Standard humidity sensors have difficulty measuring accurately in high concentration H₂O₂ environments. The Hydrogen Peroxide inhibits the measurement of water vapour by occupying the pores on the surface of the sensor. This is why ROTRONIC has developed a special sensor, the HYGROMER® HH1-SK. The life of the sensor is greatly extended compared with that of the standard sensor for these applications. Please see the sensor data sheet for exact technical data on the sensor.
