The SimPact 4T-R filter has a compact, cylindrical design and an efficient pulse-jet cleaning system. The filter housing and inlet zone are strategically placed in the various construction forms. This ensures a smooth flow of both coarse and fine particles into the filter.

A simple upgrade to a new clean-on-demand dust collector controller from an older, less-efficient baghouse timer board usually results in more cost savings than larger investments such as new bags or system modification

Our dust collector control boards work as both traditional timer boards or as clean-on-demand controllers. Additionally, boards come with integrated pressure sensors that can be used to trigger cleaning cycles based on differential pressure for improved cleaning efficiency, longer filter life, and reduced emissions. Even with so many additional features, our controls are comparable in price to a standard Photohelic and timer board installation.

The UniClean is a simple filter designed for processes with high dust load and where on-line maintenance is not required. It has bags length up to normally 4,5 m.

Gas is entering the compartments from the bottom hoppers, dropping a significant amount of dust before entering an up flow into the bag zone.

Advanced control system
Our SimControl Advance® ensures a smoot operation adjusting pulse duration, interval and pressure automatically which increases the lifetime of your filter and minimizing the usage of compressed air. This control system incorporates a variety of features that help operate the filter at a minimum energy consumption and ensure identification of any malfunctions, so they can be dealt with quickly and effectively. The control system is designed for both serial and parallel interfaces to the plant control system as well as field components (valves, dampers, instruments). Serial communication is often used, as this system is more cost-effective in terms of both material and time.

Mining, crushing, grinding, transportation and storage of raw materials creates fugitive dust which is a big problem in most cement plants and lime calcination lines. Simatek holds a number of NDC filters designed to capture these fugitive dust particles, so they can be recycled.

NDC products and benefits

• The RC is designed for dedusting of air from coal mill plants (for coal dust with explosive characteristics corresponding to explosion class ST1 – VDI 2263). It is a cylindrical construction with either conical hopper or without hopper as bunker filter. It comes in 9 sizes with filtration area from 6,8 to 165 m²
• The IN-H and IN-V are bunker type filters for direct installation on silos or dust transport equipment. Where the IN-H is for horizontal installation on e.g. a screw – or drag chain conveyor, the IN-V is for vertical installation e.g. on a bucket elevator or silo. These filters come in three sizes with either 13, 20 or 30 m² filtration area and with built-in fan including motor
• The IN-EH and IN-EV are bunker type filters for direct installation on silos or dust transport equipment. They are equipped with a envelope type bag, suited better for horizontal use. Where the IN-EH is for horizontal installation on e.g. a screw – or drag chain conveyor, the IN-EV is for vertical installation e.g. on a bucket elevator or silo. These filters come in several sizes from 5 to 67 m² filtration area and with built-in fan including motor
• The CE1 is designed for central dedusting of several points. It is a modular construction with a filtration area from 24 to 252 m² divided on 11 models. It also comes in a bunker filter version (without hopper) for local silo dedusting.
• The CE2 is for dedusting limestone and clay crushing and comes in 7 models with filtration areas between 322-805 m² and with pre-settling chamber and trough hopper.

The SimPit Intake-pit aspiration filter is designed as a flexible modular system. It is designed and built as a wall that can be customised to suit both existing and newly established intake aspiration pits.

SimPit Intake-pit filter with large air volume is the most effective filter for crane hoppers for ship, truck or wagon unloading.
