The CheckMaster™ is a robot-operated laboratory that does NIR and physical product quality analyses, among other things, during the manufacturing of feed & food products. The CheckMaster ™ can operate one or two robots depending on the number of sampling points and the number of manufacturing lines. Analysis can take place from raw material intake to packing thus resulting in a full quality overview throughout the process.

The NirMaster™ is a robot-operated laboratory with a focus on NIR analysis using standard bench-top NIR instruments such as FOSS DS2500/DS3/Infratec and many other NIR brands.

Physical analysis includes bulk density, durability (PDI) and water activity, all of which can be frequently analysed.

The Atlytics™ quality reporting software package is designed with the objective of supporting both the manufacturing process team as well as the laboratory team with actual analytical results before, during and after manufacturing.

An inline sampler will collect a product sample from a process line on demand. PackMaster™ will receive the product sample to be packed, sealed and labelled with a flexible choice of information such as date, time, MO number, LOT number etc.
