Our series of pendulum bucket elevators offers space-saving and energy-efficient solutions for the conveying of bulk products.
Simatek Universal Elevators come in various forms and with two different pendulum bucket designs.
The traditional design is with overlap and forced control of the buckets, but an alternative design without bucket overlap and with reduced forced control is also available.

The patented Simatek Drum Feeder is next generation technology within gentle feeding of Simatek universal elevators.

The elevator buckets are filled separately and continuously.
The variable dosing of the buckets makes it possible to obtain a very high filling degree which results in a higher conveying capacity and/or lower speed compared to other feeding systems.

Complex Powder Handling
Simatek Bulk Systems has introduced a new Forced Feeding System which – in combination with other initiatives – makes pendulum bucket elevators very suited for conveying complex powders with poor flow properties, as well as being fragile, abrasive or explosive

Buckets without overlap (FRB) are filled separately and requires very limited mechanical, forced control.
The thermoformeds versions has replaceable gables.
