Dosage and conveyor systems

Carbotechnik dosing systems are used for fluidizing, dosing and pneumatic conveying.

The Carbotechnik dosing machine is used for continuous dosing and conveying of dusty fuels and bulk materials, such as coal dust, lime dust, wood dust, kaolin powder, bio-dusts and other dusty materials in combustion and process operations. The amount of dust to be conveyed is infinitely variable with very high accuracy and is pneumatically conveyed by means of a carrier air stream.

This technology makes it possible to convey special fuels evenly in compliance with the latest safety and combustion requirements and to generate low-pulsation combustion.

Hot gas generator

We build hot gas generators and industrial combustors based on many years' research and development. Our hot gas generators can be used to dry a wide variety of products, such as cement, limestone, animal feed, grass etc.

Essentially, the burner is designed for the combustion of pulverized materials such as lignite, biomass, sewage sludge, etc.. However, gaseous and liquid fuels can also be used. Depending on the concept, automatic switching of fuels is possible without the need for rebuilds and associated downtimes. The use of alternative fuels allows considerable cost savings and long-term planning. In areas with lignite mining, the use of pulverized lignite is a cost-effective and environmentally compatible alternative.

Even the largest hot gas generators can be built without lining. They are durable and completely insensitive to rapid temperature changes. The use of return gas is possible and saves not only on fuel costs but also on filter costs.

We are able to supply the complete plant on a turnkey basis, thus offering you maximum planning security.

Silo

Depending on the customer's needs and individual requirements, we specialize in the storage of combustible dusts such as brown coal dust.

Carbotechnik silo systems are the most economical solution for storing for example lignite dust in compliance with the strict ATEX safety standards. The silo design also includes the safety recommendations of Rheinbraun and Vattenfall Europe.

Steam and hot water boiler systems

With the unique technology of our impulse burner, boiler plants can be fired with pulverized fuels.

Our many years of experience with the combustion of pulverized material have made us the market leader in the field of lignite-fired boiler plants. Obviously, the strict emission values according to TRD are complied with. The entire plant operates without constant supervision in accordance with TRD 604.

The low or climate-damaging process gases frequently produced during production can be thermally utilized with our technology. In addition to the cost saving, which is eliminated by the disposal of the harmful process gases, there is even an added value by the thermal utilization.  

In addition to turnkey delivery, the plant can also be provided under "savings contracting". This innovative idea of energy supply ensures permanently reduced energy costs and requires no investment costs. We offer this service in cooperation with the company GETEC heat & power GmbH.
