Conical Screw Mixer:

The PerMix PNA series Conical Screw Mixer is a batch mixing equipment used widely in applications that require gentle mixing and minimal heat generation without any product distortion. Because no seals or bearings are exposed in product zone, there is no risk of lubricant contamination.

The PerMix PNA series Conical Screw Mixers is featured by its very low energy consumption, low maintenance cost, but high performance of mixing.

Paddle Mixer

The PerMix PTP series Paddle Mixer is an innovative design of the conventional Plow Mixer, but it generates gentler mixing (for turbulence sensitive particles) and requires less power consumption.

Besides, the PerMix PTP series Paddle Mixer has a better performance when the materials are with liquid and viscous, for example, slurries, this is because the conventional plough mixing element tends to be stick and wrapped by the viscous materials while the new paddle agitator doesn’t.

The main difference between our PTP Mixer and PTS Mixer is the mixing element: PTS Mixer uses the plough shaped element, while PTP Mixer uses the paddle element.

The PerMix PTP series Paddle Mixer can be used wherever the Plow Mixer is used, including but not limited to compounding, fine mixing, dispersing, suspending, emulsifying, deaerating, tempering, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, granulating, breaking down agglomerates, etc. It is suited for such difficult processes as mixing trace elements in proportions of up to 1 in 1,000,000 parts.

Fluidizing Mixer:

The PerMix PFB series Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer is a fast mixer with high efficiency, which can also be known as Fluidizing Mixer, Fluidized Zone Mixer, Non-gravity Mixer or Zero-gravity Mixer.

The paddle mixer is capable of preparing a homogeneous mixture despite of particle size, shape and density, and is able to achieve fast, high capacity, thorough, precision mixing of either dry bulk solids or solid with liquid.

Plow Mixer:

PerMix PTS series Plow Mixer is one of our two types of Turbulent Mixer. The other one is PTP series Paddle Mixer.

PTS plow mixer is so versatile that it can handle nearly all types of materials including drying material, powdery granular, short fibered substance, moist solids with liquids, pasty material and highly viscous masses.

The PerMix PTS series Plow Mixer can be used for numerous processing, including compounding, fine mixing, dispersing, suspending, emulsifying, deaerating, tempering, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, granulating, breaking down agglomerates, etc. It is particularly suited for such difficult processes as mixing trace elements in proportions of 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 1,000,000 parts.

Ribbon Mixer

The PerMix PRB series Ribbon Mixer is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry powders, granules and viscous pastes homogeneously. It is able to give perfect result for mixing due to the innovative design of spiral agitator inside of its U-shape chamber.

In a PerMix PRB series Ribbon Mixer, the powder or paste moves from center to the end of container and also from end to the center. In such a three-dimensional way, the total powder or paste is mixed within the chamber. It asks for a short mixing time and relatively low power consumption.

The unit consists of one electrical motor, one reduction gear, coupling, and shaft with spiral agitator. The shaft is sealed with bush & PTFE gland housing at both ends. Materials are loaded from top side, and the discharge is located at the bottom side in the center. The discharge height can be adjusted as per requirement, so that material gets discharged into the container below it without floating dust.
