Graphite furnaces

We have developed a wide range of graphite furnaces on the basis of our well-proven double-walled and water-cooled vacuum vessels. Our innovative insulation system minimizes the maintenance and energy costs. The usage of rapid cooling units enables short hot/cold cycles within short process time frames, up to a temperature of 2500°C.

Molybdenum / tungsten furnaces

Our molybdenum furnaces for industrial applications can be operated under high vacuum, protective and process gas up to 1700 ° C (tungsten up to 2400 ° C). Due to the extreme hermeticity of the furnace the best possible furnace atmosphere can be obtained. Various installation sizes and types allow for the individual adaptation to your needs. Single-zone or multiple-zones heating with homogeneous temperature distribution are standard configurations.

MUT Advanced Heating GmbH attaches great importance to atmosphere control in its vacuum and high vacuum furnace systems. For this reason, the production of the vacuum containers was integrated into an in-house production process. The qualification as a tank builder with HP 0 approval and welding specialist with welding supervision are the prerequisites for manufacturing particularly high-quality vacuum tanks. These are characterized by special tightness and longevity. The vacuum vessels of the CAF laboratory furnace series or larger vacuum vessels are all manufactured according to specially developed quality requirements. Proven gas supply and vacuum pump technology ensure the special performance of our systems. The vacuum furnace systems are available in different versions with different heater inserts.
