NTE Process offers Air Asisst® a series of patented solutions for dense phase conveying of fragile, abrasive products suitable for long distances at low speeds.

It is an injection technology of compressed air or nitrogen at controlled volume and pressure, strategically placed along the conveying line in which the air is injected causing short and regular caps of product. The most innovative solution for dense phase pneumatic conveying is “Eco Dense-Tronic”, achieves a 40% increase in efficiency and a reduction in energy consumption of up to 70%*. For each system equipped with Eco Dense-Tronic®, a CO2 saving equivalent to almost 3,000 new trees planted* is possible in one year.

Jetmixer® M531 is a pneumatic mixer patented by NTE Process and specially designed to homogenously mix small batches of powdery material from 20 litres up to 2000 litres. It uses compressed air or inert gases to gently move the product, through discontinuous pulses, upwards in the centre of the mixer and downwards along the walls until the mixing target is reached in the absence of mechanical parts in contact with the product. NTE Process’ air mixer offers 5 different functions: powder mixing, vacuum transport, liquid injection, degassing and powder conditioning.

The Spray Dryer NTE Process - powered by Ohkawara Kakohki - enables the rapid and efficient atomisation of liquid or slurry compounds with different viscosities by producing fine engineered powders with very precise particle sizes (down to <10µ particles) using patented atomising nozzles.

The resulting powders are characterised by high flowability, solubility and dispersibility for easy transport and storage.

The Wonderbatch® M510-513 NTE Process station is the optimal solution to meet bagging and IBC unloading needs, when production diversification and optimum end-product quality levels are required, as it avoids contamination and reduces product handling costs.
