For safe and convenient emptying of drums and containers, we also offer a complete series of manual hand pumps:  Hand pumps are pumps that are operated manually by hand. Depending on the medium, different materials of the pump and seals are available. Basically, JESSBERGER hand pumps can be divided into three groups: for petroleum products, for chemicals / cleaning solutions and flammable media such as gasoline or solvents.

The hand pumps shown can be used for 200-liter drums and smaller containers. However, if you ever need to remove small quantities of media from an IBC, we can extend the suction tube of some plastic hand pumps up to 1200 mm pump tube length.

Our hand pumps are equipped with a 2″ male drum adapter (can be ordered as an accessory with some pumps) and can be mounted in all 60 and 200 liter standard steel drums. For plastic canisters and plastic drums, nine different thread adapters are available upon request. We will be happy to help you make the right choice!

For pumping highly viscous, still flowable media, we offer a complete range of progressive cavity pumps.

With electric or compressed air motor, they are used for pumping thin-bodied and viscous substances up to 100,000 mPas, preferably stationary, in continuous operation.

Standard flow rates are 12, 25 or 50 liters/min, and discharge pressures are 6 or 12 bar.

The pump tubes are made of 316Ti stainless steel, the stators of NBR, NBR light, FKM, EPDM, EPDM light or PTFE.

In addition to our barrel pumps for low and medium viscosity media up to 1000 mPas, we can offer a complete range of high viscosity progressive cavity pumps for pumping high viscosity media that are still flowable.

Our large bearing pumps are of the progressive cavity type, where the pumping capacity is determined by the geometry and the distance between the rotating rotor (stainless steel screw conveyor) and the stationary stator (rubber or solid mixture in the opposite direction).

These centrifugal pumps are operated with a direct drive motor (max. 3,000 rpm). They are particularly suitable for the rapid transfer of chemicals when emptying containers or tanks, as well as for applications in which a medium must be pumped in a circuit.The centrifugal pump is available in various sizes with flow rates from 6 to 75 m³/h and heads from 7.2 to 38 m. Its special design with an open impeller also enables the pumping of heavily contaminated liquids or media with low solids content.

The maximum viscosity for these centrifugal pumps is 500 mPas (at 20°C) and the maximum temperature of the medium is 65°C for PP or 95°C for PVDF. Depending on the application, there are two versions with different internal seals (lip seal or bellows).

The availability of different construction materials - depending on the chemical and thermal resistance of the medium or the environment - guarantees absolute operational reliability and long pump life.
