The DIMA® Bag Emptying System is an innovation that makes emptying bags even more efficient, safe and operator-friendly. For low capacity and maximum flexibility, the DIMA® MAN is a good choice. This system allows the bags to be emptied manually. The operator cuts open the bag and empties it into the intended chute. The semi-automatic DIMA® Bag Emptying System takes away one action from the operator, by automatically cutting open the bags. For the most critical applications or toxic products, bags can be emptied and discharged fully automatically. The focus is on fast and long-lasting emptying of bags under extreme conditions, with a DIMA® that suits the product to be processed and the desired capacity.

The Centrifugal Sifter is ideal for processing varying amounts of product. Thanks to the various setting possibilities and mesh openings between 250 and 2000 µm, different capacities -from a few kilograms per hour up to more than 39 tons per hour- can be processed with a single machine. The centrifugal force in the rotating drum ensures that the product to be sifted is pressed against the perforated drum wall.

Only the product particles that are small enough pass through the holes in the drum wall. Depending on the type of product and the required size of the sifting surface, Dinnissen provides a solution that meets the desired capacity and integration into existing systems.

The Multisize Sample Carousel is the first solution that makes it possible to collect different sample sizes in one automated sampling process. This way, samples for various purposes (starter sample, chemical sample, bacteriological sample, hourly sample, and batch sample) can be automatically collected in series, containing the exact amount of product per sample.

Producers can determine the size of the sample and how many of these samples should be taken. In addition to the frequency, the order can also be set in advance. This way, the Multisize Sample Carousel provides different series of samples, of various sizes, without operator intervention needed.
