The company CPC Crushing Processing GmbH exists for more than 10 years and successfully develops crushing technology for minerals, salts, coal and agglomerates.
Furthermore, CPC offers process engineering solutions and project planning of plants, modernization and installation up to commissioning and acceptance of the machines and plants.
For the process engineering design of the process parameters CPC GmbH has a testing laboratory.

This serves for the determination and verification of the machine parameters, which can be extrapolated to the industrial plant.
For this purpose, CPC also offers integration into the overall automation of the plant.
CPC's know-how offers engineering solutions at the highest level.
The quality of the machines also meets the highest standards and is Made in Germany.

Certifications according to DIN 9001 and DIN 14001 and others are a matter of course for us.

CPC Double Roll Crusher

Application

Coarse size reduction of hard and medium-hard material (lime stone, magnesia, salt, fertilizer, coal etc.)
Throughput up to 2.500 mt/hr, depending on material characteristic and particle size
Feed material size up to 1.200 mm, product particle size from 10mm to 300mm possible, according customers demand
Design of crushing teeth according to the material requirements (number, size, position, form, hardness)
Integration in semi-mobile plants possible

Mode of operation

Crushing of the feed material by teeth as well by pressure, hydraulically induced. Successive comminution of larger lumps
Product particle size regulated by precise setting of the roll gap
Opening the gap between the crushing rolls in case of overload (e.g. caused by an unbreakable foreign object) within milliseconds to let that piece pass thus avoiding a shut-down
No clogging of the rolls by sticky material due to specifically designed scrapers
Final product with small portion of fines due to limited speed of the rolls

Features

Very long live time due to the weld-on hard facing of the crushing teeth
Single segment plates with the crushing teeth: no dismantling of the complete roll for replacing wear parts
Bolting or clamping of the segment plates on the shaft. Typically very stiff quill shafts
Reduced maintenance due to motor/gear unit drive (Alternative: V-belt drive). Speed control and overload protection installed
Integrated flywheel equalizing torque peeks thus reducing required motor power

CPC Hammer Mills

Application

Hammer mills are used for crushing medium-hard and soft materials (coal, limestone, gypsum, clay, marl, salts, phosphates, etc.).
The processing of feed material with increased moisture is also possible in CPC hammer mills.
Grinding drying by feeding hot process gas (e.g. flue gas from a combustion) into the hammer mill

Mode of operation

To break coarse grain, the feed material is caught by the impact hammers and thrown against the upper area of the grinding wall (impact wall).
In the middle area of the grinding wall, the material to be ground is ground and shaped
In the lower area, the material to be ground can be classified by using a grinding grate (usually bar grate depending on the application, optional)

Features

Modular hammer design consisting of hammer handle and hammer head (separate replacement of hammer heads)
Long service life due to bimetal hammer heads made of an extremely hard chrome alloy on a tough hard carrier material
The rigidity of the rotor is achieved by high preload (several 100 to) during production, thus no deflection even at widths of up to 3 meters.
The rotor is dynamically balanced according to DIN 1940 quality G6.3
Drive by means of V-belt or direct drive
Reversible direction of rotation, thus extending maintenance intervals, longer travel times and reduced spare parts costs due to use of the hammer heads on both sides
The grinding gap can be adjusted from the outside.
Very good accessibility due to hydraulically foldable grinding walls for inspection and maintenance.
The adherence of moist adhesive material on the grinding walls can be prevented by heating with electrically heated thermal oil (option)
A local operating station with control and monitoring function (PLC) is standard equipment.
The bearings are lubricated by a central lubrication station.
The hammer mill can be mounted on a base plate with vibration dampers (option)
Optional sound enclosure for sound pressure level <80 dB(A), maintenance-friendly design with quick-release fasteners.

CPC Hybrid Crusher

Application

Coarse size reduction of hard, medium-hard and soft material (lime stone, dolomite, magnesia, salt, coal, clay, oil shale etc.)
Throughput up to5.500 mt/hr, depending on material characteristic and particle size
Feed material size up to 1,500mm, product particle size down to 300mm possible, 50mm for secondary crushing stage
Design of crushing teeth according to the material requirements (number, size, position, form, hardness)

Mode of operation

Combination of the characteristic of the Double Roll Crusher with the performance of the Sizer
Crushing of feed material by teeth of the two counter-rotating rolls. Successive comminution of larger lumps
Product particle size regulated by precise setting of the roll gap
Opening of the gap between the crushing rolls in case of overload (e.g. caused by an unbreakable foreign object) within milliseconds to let that piece pass thus avoiding a shut-down
Crushing teeth in a spiral on the shaft equalizing torque peeks
No clogging of the rolls by sticky material due to specifically designed scrapers
Final product with small portion of fines due to limited speed of the rolls

Features

Application

Comminution of hard and medium-hard material (lime stone, magnesia, salt, fertilizer, coke etc.)
Throughput up to 500 mt/hr, depending on material characteristic and particle size
A typical application: fine crushing e.g. from 30 mm feed size to 5 mm product size, approx. 80% target particle size largely avoiding fine grain and dust
Crushing roll surface according to the material characteristics (smooth, machine cut grooves or built-up welded rips)
Integration in semi-mobile plants possible

Mode of Operation

Comminution of the feed material between the two rolls (fixed and moveable) by mechanical pressure up to 200 to 400 kN, hydraulically induced
Product particle size regulated by precise hydraulic setting of the roll gap
