We supply highly wear-resistant HVA NIRO® stainless steel pipe bends, which have a service life that is 10-20 times longer than that of standard stainless steel pipe bends. This high degreel of wear protection is required, for example for conveying fiberglass-reinforced plastic granules or similarly abrasive media. For conveying abrasive material or high throughput, we supply glass pipe bends made from borosilicate glass 3.3 with a copper grounding strap. These have a service life that is 5-10 times longer than that of stainless steel elbows.

We are specialized in the production of thin-walled pipe bends with large bending radii, especially those used in pneumatic conveyors. Our pipe bends are cold-bent, without wrinkles on state-of-the-art CNC mandrel bending machines. Our quality management guarantees low ovality, a visually aesthetic surface, no start-up bulges and free of scratches and scores.

We can also supply you with glass tube bends for abrasive media. These are made of borosilicate glass 3.3, have ground ends and a 200 mm leg extension with a copper grounding strip glued to the outer radius.

HS Umformtechnik GmbH produces for the plastics, food and chemical industries the aluminum pipe coupling DVK 6 for suction conveying in a light design and the heavy-duty DVK-HD® high pressure for pressure conveying. These couplings can be used anywhere where pipes, pipe bends and branch pieces have to be connected gas-tight. The pipe couplings DVK 6 and DVK-HD® high pressure stand for quick and safe assembly with an ideal price-performance ratio. Since no welding work is necessary - easy to disassemble - pipe couplings and pipes can be reused. The aluminum pipe coupling type DVK 6 is available in lengths of 100 mm (vacuum) and 150 mm (pressure) or longer. All common diameters from 33.7 to 110.0 mm are currently available. The coupling was tested by TÜV according to HS specifications. The aluminum pipe coupling type DVK-HD® high pressure is available in lengths of 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm or longer. All common diameters from 60.3 to 206.0 mm are available. The coupling was tested by TÜV according to hs specifications and is patented (German Patent Office Munich / Patent No. 10 2008 031 485)
