SINBRAN^® filter elements for Food and Pharma applications

SINBRAN^® FP filter elements can be used in applications for Food and Pharma without problems.

General speaking all objects (e.g. SINBRAN^® FP filter elements) that get in contact with food must fulfill two basic criterias.

On the one hand, the materials used must be suitable as a food contact material and on the other hand, they must be manufactured in accordance with a “good manufacturing practice” (GMP). This is requested by EU 1935/2004 (EU 10/2011) and the regulations of the FDA (FDA 21CFR177.xxxx).

For manufacturing according to GMP, the regulation EU 2023/2006 applies.

SINBRAN^® FP filter elements consist only of materials which have been declared harmless by both regulations. Manufacturing is carried out according to the requirements of the EU 2023/2006.

SINBRAN^® Filter Elements for painting applications

SINBRAN^® Filter elements are made from Polyethylene, PTFE and stainless steel. No production aids are used.

In the case of the porous sintered body, the individual particles are solidly melt together at their contact surfaces.In contrast to felts, woven fabrics or spunbond materials, no particles or fibers can bleed out during operation and contaminate the dust.

The membrane is laminated onto the surface of the porous tubes. It filters the dust on the surface reliably and prevents contaminating the element by dust penetrating into the filter element.

The reeinforcement bars from stainless steel are neutral against the product.

The EPDM gaskets are produced free of contaminations.

SINBRAN^® Modules for Installation on the Raw-gas or the Clean-gas side

SINBRAN^® Standard Filter elements consist of 8, 12 or 18 tubes. The tubes are mounted on a flange and the other side of the tubes is closed by a bottom plate. The standard length of the elements are 950, 1260 and 1500mm. Special dimensions are available upon request.

The elements are available for bottom or top removal installation.

In addition the elements are available in antistatic or PWIS-free version (PWIS = paint wetting impairment substances).

Confined space at site request special solutions.

By using single tubes with a thread flange almost every geometry of a collector can be realized. Different types of flanges and different length of tubes are availble.

At a round tube sheet a combination of standard modules and single tubes allows a maximum of filter area.
