Mobile Mixing Vessels optimized to customer needs for higher process efficiency and reliability

We offer custom-made mixing vessels suitable for various working pressures, with or without a heat exchanger and insulation, designed and manufactured in accordance with the user requirement specification. We can easily adapt to specific customer requirements and install mixers of their choice, including turnkey solutions with control and electrical cabinets and optional automation including sensors.

Depending on the purpose of use we can integrate different measuring equipment and sensors, including a wide range of agitators, for example top-mounted units, bottom- or side-mounted units with normal or magnetic drives. Magnetic mixers provide unparalleled hygiene due to their open design and seal-free construction.

Suspension Premix Vessel for processing liquid to semisolid products

Our specially designed Suspension Premix Vessel meets the strict requirements for end products with reproducible, consistent high quality. Depending on the user’s technical specifications, we use the best stainless steel materials and grind them to a requisite surface finish with an average surface roughness of Ra < 0.4 µm, with optional electropolishing. This state-of-the-art GMP design ensures fast cleaning upon batch completion.

Our sanitary vessels are specially designed for intensive daily use in laboratories, pilot plants, and production facilities. Product contact surfaces are free from imperfections and have a finish with a specified roughness value.

The required cleanability is evaluated with a Riboflavin test and documented in accordance with GMP. We offer customized solutions with various nozzle executions (TC ferrule, NA Connect, Ingold, Varivent ...) for the installation of different equipment (pressure gauges, temperature probes, pH sensors, conductivity sensors, safety valves, filter units ...), weighing cells, integration into skids etc.

Water is classified among the so-called "green" solvents. There are large quantities of water in nature and its usefulness greatly improves in combination with high pressures and temperatures. Due to its physicochemical composition and strong hydrogen bonds, water also enables (under certain conditions) the transition to a sub- and supercritical state, where its solubility can be perfectly regulated by changing the pressure and temperature.
