Fully automatic filter presses

Our fully automatic AF series is a technical advancement of conventional chamber filter presses in the solid/liquid separation. Due to today's required degree of automation, lack of personnel and the urge to increase efficiency in daily business, the previous filter technology is often no longer up to date.

The fully automatic filter press is a mature and reliable system which has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. Each of our filter presses is built on the basis of a 3D model created by us in our over 1,000m² production hall in Senden/Iller, Germany.

The filter press continuously produces and discharges filter cakes without the presence of an operator, with a guaranteed machine availability of up to 98%. Leaking suspension during the filter cycle is also a thing of the past.

Besides the considerably reduced operating costs, the investment is usually only insignificantly higher than with a conventional chamber or membrane filter press. Due to the higher performance per available square metre of filter surface, a smaller automatic filter press can be used.

Low maintenance and reduced disposal costs due to the higher dry matter content of the filter cake are just some of the many advantages of our AF series.

Semi-automatic filter presses

The BC series impresses with its simple and robust technology. Nevertheless, it offers the operator many features to make the work easier.

The optional semi-automatic plate shift allows the operator to shift the filter elements comfortably. The hydraulics are controlled via the "dialogue control" with touch screen. This means that any feed pump can be integrated and controlled.

The sealed design ensures a clean environment - even when rinsing the filter elements internally with aggressive media.

Manual filter presses

In the proven, sealed design, the EC series offers many advantages in addition to simple operation. The closed filtrate drain allows an application even in highly hygienic, clean areas. The automatic closing pressure also ensures that the plate pack always remains closed.

The sealed design allows an easy backwashing of the filter cloths in the filter press. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated. It thus offers a very high level of protection against external influences.

The LCM 320 (Pocket Press Membrane)

The LCM 320, the little sister of the AF series, on the other hand, is mobile on a handy trolley and can be used ideally on site. Among other things, the machine can be used as a test filter press in a case to select a suitable filter cloth or to check the filterability of the suspension.

Fully equipped, this compact press can manually implement functions that our fully automatic machines can also do. With the extensive accessories, there are hardly any limits to experimental set-ups. This model is also available as a chamber filter press.
