The Plug & Play bag dust collector

FabriPulse^® L bag dust collector is a Plug & Play solution with demonstrated efficiency in the extraction of hydroscopic and other hard to handle dust. Specially designed for small applications from 600m3/h up to 5000m3/h, this compact equipment integrates all elements needed for an immediate start-up while ensuring a minimum footprint on plant floor.

Keeping same compact size and easy maintenance features as the FabriPulse® L, but designed to meet the needs of larger airflows: from 4,000m³/h to 20,000m³/h. Bag filters change-out can be completed in a single step being all the bags mounted on a cassette that can be easily removed and replaced. FabriPulse^® M can be integrated into the application or perform as a stand-alone dust collector.

Self-cleaning gas turbine filtration solution with secondary air circuit

AAF’s Augmented Secondary Circuit (ASC) Filtration System for gas turbines delivers superior protection in high dust environments. Its innovative design removes up to 75% of the dust through inertial separation and positive extraction into the secondary air circuit before reaching the filters. These larger dust particles are immediately removed from the airstream with the remaining 25% of the particles captured by the versatile DuraPak or HydroPak filters.

Filters are cleaned with a reverse pulse of compressed air. The removed particles are extracted from the ASC filtration system through the same secondary air circuit, avoiding re-entrainment and prolonging filter life. This results in a low and stable differential pressure and a high gas turbine efficiency. Different filter options allow AAF to tailor an individual system to meet customer requirements and to suit given operational and environmental conditions. DuraPak and HydroPak filters are available in cellulose, blend, synthetic and (H)EPA options.

AAF’s Static Filtration Systems for gas turbines have been installed by AAF since the 1960s and are a highly effective and extremely reliable system. They also offer a large amount of versatility and flexibility, allowing the required amount of air treatment stages to be installed to suit the environmental operating conditions. This includes heating and cooling solutions, moisture removal, pre-filtration, and fine filtration up to and including EPA grade filters.

Static Filtration Systems offer excellent protection for your gas turbine and can maintain compressor cleanliness, increase availability, and reduce operational expenditure. These systems are durable and dependable and thanks to AAF’s advances in filtration technology are now extremely versatile. Static filtration systems can be upgraded to meet changing demands and the right combination of filter elements can be used to address specific environmental challenges or operational demands.
