The optical method of dynamic image analysis delivers results for particle sizes from 5 μm to 20 mm with a multitude of shape parameters and evaluation options.

High-performance grinding down into the nano range

FRITSCH’s premium line Planetary Ball Mills PULVERISETTE 5 and 7 can grind, alloy, mix and homogenize reliably at bowl speeds of up to 2200 rpm. They let you effortlessly grind hard, medium, soft, brittle and moist samples down to a final fineness of < 100 nm in a very short time. Sample quantities of 1 to 60 ml (PULVERISETTE 7) or 15 to 450 ml (PULVERISETTE 5) can be processed simultaneously at the two grinding stations.

The FRITSCH Universal Cutting Mills PULVERISETTE 19 and PULVERISETTE 19 large ensure fast, easy comminution of a wide range of plastics/polymers as well as biological materials in small and large quantities. Flexible modular principle

By simply changing the rotor, you can adapt your P-19 or P-19 large Cutting Mill perfectly to any sample material. We have a range of rotors and fixed knives with different cutting geometries in a variety of materials. By choosing the sieve cassettes, you can determine the final fineness of your samples. Different funnels, collecting vessels and stands made of a variety of materials enable further configuration exactly for your applications.
